  THAI JASMINE RICE

Thai Jasmine rice (also known as Thai Hom-Mali rice, Khao Hom Mali, Thai Fragrant rice)

Thai Jasmine rice is a long and slender grain that has a natural aroma. It can be grown just one crop a year and the harvest season is around November to December. The average length of the whole kernel is not less than 7.0 mm. Jasmine rice is originated only in Thailand.

When you cook Thai Jasmine rice, you can see its unique shiny, silky, and smooth appearance, you can feel a unique soft texture, and you can smell a unique natural aromatic flavor.

Noted: Don’t worry about ordering Jasmine rice from us. Even we are in the central of Thailand, we can supply you with pure Jasmine rice. Why? The reason is:

• We have rice mill alliances to supply us with pure Jasmine rice.
• We have 11 silos for paddy stock, 2 warehouses from TRR rice mill and 2 warehouses from Fancy Rice Intertrade to eliminate stock problems.

  THAI pathumthani RICE  
 
Pathumthani Rice (one kind of Thai fragrant rice)

Thai Pathumthani rice’s nature is categorized as White rice and it can be grown year-round. Thai Pathumthani rice is alternative to Jasmine Rice. Thai Pathumthani rice is a type of Thai fragrant rice which you can enjoy a wonderful taste and feeling when. Thai Pathumthani rice has a similar appearance to Jasmine rice but it is a little bit less shiny, silky and smooth as well as soft texture with unique authentic natural fragrant. Its natural aroma is a bit less than what Jasmine rice has. We are sure! You are going to love Thai Pathumthani rice just like you love Jasmine Rice.

• We are in Suphanburi, one of top five provinces in the center of Thailand to cultivate Pathumthani rice. So, you can always expect us to be able to fulfill your order at anytime of the year.  
   
 
  THAI WHITE RICE

Thai White Rice

When the rice hull and bran layer has been removed, it becomes “White rice” (also called milled rice or polished white rice). This kind of rice can be grown throughout Thailand but it is mostly cultivated in the central part of Thailand such as Suphanburi and Singburi etc. Thai White Rice is a long grain type. Cooked rice is light, fluffy so that it is able to expand in volume when rice is cooked.  

Noted:
Thai White Rice has various types of rice depending on its origin and family. As our vision statement “customer satisfaction is our goal”, therefore, we do carefully separating types of rice following our customer’s needs.

  THAI parboiled RICE  
 
Thai Parboiled Rice

Parboiled rice’s process starts from soaking, pressure streaming and drying the paddy, then paddies is sent to milling process. This procedure has preserved its natural vitamin and minerals and gelatinizes the starch in the grain, and ensures a firmer. The black grain will be rejected by using the color sorter machine. Parboiled rice is usually light yellow and black color due to boiling process. It’s a very healthy kind of rice and customer always loves it.

  THAI glutinous RICE

Thai Glutinous Rice

Thai Glutinous rice, also called “Thai Sweet Rice” or “Thai Sticky Rice”, is an ingredient for making dessert and producing starch and flour for producing snacks and the brewing industry. This grain is a milky color which differs from other types of rice. When it was cooked, it becomes quite transparent and a very sticky texture and sweet taste.
